YOU GOT A PROBLEM, il nuovo cortometraggio di Charles Mandracchia, attore di Broadway ed ora anche regista, ha recentemente vinto il primo premio come miglior cortometraggio d’animazione al Festival del Cinema del Mediterraneo. La storia è quella di zio Louie e dei suoi compaesani italo americani, chiamati da un pizzaiolo che sta avendo problemi con un gruppo di ragazzi di un quartiere di Brooklyn. Hai un problema? Nessun problema. Basta chiamare lo zio Louie. Sarà lui ad occuparsene! Mandracchia si è esibito in numerosi spettacoli di Broadway e off-Broadway, così come pure in produzioni televisive e cinematografiche.

“YOU GOT A PROBLEM...,” a new short film by Broadway Actor turned Director Charles Mandracchia, has just won for Best Animated Short Film category in the Mediterranean Film Festival (MEDFF) for 2016.

“You Got a Problem” tells a story of Uncle Louie and his Italian American Paisani who solve a problem that the pizza man is having with a bunch of kids from a Brooklyn neighborhood. You got a problem? No problem. Just call uncle Louie. He'll take care of it! No Problem!

Charles has performed in several Broadway and Off-Broadway shows, as well as television and film productions. He was in the original cast of “Grand Hotel-the Musical” as The Doorman and in “South Pacific” at NYC Opera as Abner. He composed and co-produced “Valentino - the Musical” as well as directed and composed his most recent show “The Dooples in The Land of Doo-the Musical” at the Cherry Lane Theatre, which he is also directing and developing into a 3D animated TV pilot.

This July, in Sicily’s beautiful Fontane Bianche, also known as George Beach, “You Got a Problem” will be screened. The main venue will be the mysterious Villa Dunardi, one of the most sought after villas. This beautiful location will host the free event showing only the top winners each month.
