Perrino Builders and Remodeling is in the process of relocating to open a new, ultra-style 40,000 s.f. home, design and furniture building in Chesterland next summer. Demolition and earthwork begins later this month at 7976 Mayfield Rd. with construction of a Tuscan, French-style farmhouse design as the finished product. The new property is four miles east of Perrino’s current 8,000 s.f. site at 8163 Mayfield Rd. in Mayfield Heights, OH, their homestead for the past five years.
Owner Pat Perrino and his award-winning Perrino Custom Builders have been building homes in Northeast Ohio for over 30 years. Raised on Evangeline Ave. in the Collinwood neighborhood, Perrino, a high school mechanical drawing whiz, says his building, design and furniture business will be like no other shop in the Greater Cleveland area. “We will be a complete one-stop service.”
“We will handle a total shopping experience including building, remodeling, design, cabinetry, flooring, tile, carpeting, furniture, and accessories. Our staff, tradesmen and subcontractors reduce costs by eliminating middle-men suppliers,” said Perrino. “Our customer service is second to none and I want to keep our customers for life - whatever their home needs from top to bottom.”
The Perrino team is a family extension and includes Pat’s son, Brian, who directs the remodeling side, daughter Coleen and Frank Campanella accessorize the home with the latest trends in furniture decor and making the state-of-the-art furniture buying more affordable; all giving the customer a fresh approach to their building and living plans.
The Perrino family’s ancestors immigrated from a tiny village outside of Insernia, one of two provinces in the Molise region.
