Local chef Anthony Quagliata of Artisan Anthony’s and AQAmarketing put a little spin on the popular cooking how-to videos many chefs have been posting on social media throughout quarantine. He introduced his followers to Daddy Daughter Dinners. In his videos, he and his 9-year-old daughter, Lyla, cook simple and delicious meals with recipes anyone can follow.
From traditional chicken parmesan to meatloaf to turkey chili and even a special Cinco de Mayo meal, there is something for everyone. Perhaps the best part about Anthony’s meals is they are family friendly. He shares his tips and tricks on getting kids to eat and enjoy the meals – like calling his meatloaf a meatball casserole!
With Lyla’s adorable and hilarious commentary and Anthony’s kitchen skills, the duo makes a great team. Anthony’s son, Anthony (affectionately referred to as AQ2), also makes cameos throughout the videos. Anthony and Lyla’s Daddy Daughter Dinners feature versatile recipes for meals the whole family will love.
