Mini pumpkin pies (no bake)

Serves 48

Filling:
1 cup Miceli's Mascarpone cheese
1 cup Cool Whip
1 Cup Pumpkin Butter

2 packages of Clearbrook Farms mini tart shells

Place first three ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and whip together with mixer until well blended.

Place mixture in a pastry bag and pipe into mini tart shells.
