Ingredients:
1 Jar (26oz) spaghetti sauce
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 ½ pounds)
1 ½ cups Miceli's Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Preparation:
PREHEAT oven to 375 degrees. Pour sauce into 13/9 inch baking dish
Carefully stir in 4 Tbsp. ¼ cup of the Parmesan cheese
Add chicken; turn over to evenly coat both sides with sauce Cover with foil.
BAKE 30 minutes. Uncover
Top with mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan cheese Continue baking 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
