Italy has moved to its final stage in easing lockdown restrictions. Domestic travel between regions is now allowed and Italy has opened its international borders. While Italians have freedom to move about their country, the Prime Minister Conte still urges caution amid the pandemic and President Sergio Mattarella warned that the threat posed by coronavirus has not ended. Domestic travel and tourism were banned in early March. As of mid-June, Italians can move between regions and between other European countries (dependent upon the rules in the destination country). Shops, cafes and restaurants have opened their doors and tourist sites have begun welcoming visitors again. Non-European travel remains off-limits as of press time.

L’italia adesso sta alleggerendo le restrizioni del lockdown, che aveva avuto inizio in marzo. I viaggi fra le regioni adesso sono permessi. Anche, i viaggi per attraversare il confine all'interno dell'Europa sono permessi. Benché gli italiani abbiano la libertà di viaggiare, il Primo Ministro Conte ancora vuole che i cittadini pratichino le attenzioni avute finora. Il presidente Mattarella ha detto che il virus non è sparito e c'è il rischio di essere contagiati ancora. Le botteghe, ristoranti, ed altri posti pubblici apriranno. I viaggi non in europea sono ancora proibiti.
