Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Miceli’s Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cups (4-5 small bars) milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
Maraschino cherries, chopped for garnish
Chocolate cups
Preparation
In a bowl, combine all the filling ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to fill the chocolate cups. Set aside 1/4 cup chocolate shavings.
Fill pastry bag with filling and pipe into cups. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate shavings and top with Maraschino cherry pieces.
Note: Chocolate cups may be purchased at any specialty chocolate store.
