Nominations for Honorees who will be recognized during Cleveland Italian American Heritage Month in October 2024 are being requested by the Cleveland Italian American Heritage Committee. The categories for nomination include:  Arts & Culture, Business, City or County Employee, Individual, Public Servant, or Youth. 

Anyone is welcome to submit an honoree nomination for an Italian American individual, organization, or business that is located or who is living in Northeast Ohio. The awards event and Italian American Heritage Month opening ceremony is Monday, October 7, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the Cleveland City Hall Rotunda. Councilmen Blaine Griffin and Mike Polensek serve as Honorary Co-Chairs of the Cleveland Italian American Heritage Committee, along with Mayor Justin Bibb as an Honorary Co-Chair, and Pamela Dorazio Dean as Chairperson.
